This site isn’t meant to promote the distillation of hard liquors at home its purpose is to look at the process in how these alcohols are made and to give people insight on how you go from wheat to whiskey.

Currently, I’m an undergraduate junior studying Chemical Engineering at Washington State University.

 My curiosity began by looking at videos online about people making their own alcohol in their kitchens and living rooms and I became very curious about how they went from potatoes to vodka or molasses to rum. I wanted to make an informational site on how to make some of these liquors to gain a deeper understanding of the Spirit industry.
